You will be part of a collaborative team delivering customized solutions that generate measurable results.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: leading or supporting transformation projects from assessment to execution; analysing operational, clinical, and financial workflows; recommending and implementing sustainable improvements using evidence-based frameworks; working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful change adoption; and preparing presentations, reports, and training for stakeholders and leadership.

We welcome applicants experienced in consulting, healthcare management, change management, digital transformation, or lean healthcare. Bilingual candidates (English/Arabic) and those with Gulf healthcare experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will help develop sustainable solutions through data-driven analysis, frontline engagement, and cross-departmental teamwork.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: assessing and improving healthcare workflows across clinical and administrative departments; supporting the implementation of lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; analysing operational KPIs and providing actionable insights; advising on staffing models, resource allocation, and scheduling optimisation; and enhancing patient throughput, discharge planning, and bed management strategies.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospital operations, health system performance, or quality improvement. Regional (Gulf) experience or bilingual skills are highly valued.
